Description :

industrial Furnace is used for heating purposes. In Industries such as extraction of metals from ore or smelting, heat source for fractional distillation columns, re-melt metal in Foundries, reheat and heat treat of metals. We manufacture control panels for all types of furnaces i.e. single stage, 2-stage and modulating furnace. Also we provide control panel for Electric Arc Furnace, Induction Furnace, Oil or Gas fuel operated Furnace, etc. This is fitted with all digital meters with PID controllers, Thyristor controllers, furnace moving system with interlocking & limits switches. These panels are fitted with scanners, recorders to record the status of the furnace. Remote Control operation is also provided by us on demand.

Molded case circuit breakers shall provide circuit overcurrent protection with inverse time and instantaneous tripping characteristics. MCB comes with an adjustable trip characteristic for the higher models. Usually, this type of circuit breaker would provide amps as high as 2,500 or as low as 10, depending on what is necessary. Their interrupting rating ranges from around 10,000 amps to 200,000 amps. MCB is more suited in providing energy for high-power equipment. Some MCB units have electrical motor operators, which mean they can be tripped using only a remote control. For industrial or commercial use, they may be utilized as standby power that runs on an automatic transfer switch.
